Our founder, Sandra Babalola (RGN), with over two decades of nursing experience and a background in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), has in depth understanding of complex care management and how optimum excellence in healthcare can be achieved. She is also committed to promoting the importance of lifestyle choices on quality of health and well-being as people get older, recover from illnesses or living with a chronic complex condition and disability. Her collaborative holistic approach to comprehensive assessments and outcome-based care planning of individuals is what makes us stand out. Her expertise, coupled with a long-standing passion for delivering a 5-star service in social care revolution through use of smart digital technology, led her to re-define complex home care with confidence to ensure the best possible outcomes for the people we care for and their loved ones.
