We carefully screen all registered self-employed PAs’ to ensure they meet our high standards and are fully compliant with relevant up-to-date trainings and ensure they have right to work in the UK as well as having adequate insurance. We provide copies of references, qualifications or training certificates to clients on request Our simple, one-time fee model means that you don’t have to worry about any recurring costs. We will match your needs and preferences with a suitable, fully referenced and DBS checked registered PA. We then shortlist who we think is suitable, introduce them to you for a chat and if you are both happy to proceed, agree terms and conditions and a start date and the service can commence. We talk to individuals and loved ones to understand their needs

We identify and introduce suitable carers to the individual.

We keep in regular touch to make sure both parties are happy and settled

Personal assistants will ensure that the individual feels safe, comfortable and well supported

Once we’ve done our initial evaluation; the care package is confirmed and the personal assistant begins their role.

Cost of Introductory PA service

We charge a once off joining fee. As all our introductory personal assistants are self- employed, there are two weekly costs with this care service option. Each week, you pay your personal assistant directly and an agency fee to Homecare Living. By using our vetted PAs, there are no hidden fees, professional insurance, PAYE, NI or tax to worry about. You can trust us to take care of it all sympathetically.
